Accommodations & Meals

On-Campus Accommodation

  • All on-campus lodging options, including Quad-Share Retreat Rooms, Triple-Share Retreat Rooms, and Hotel Rooms, are shared accommodations. Room assignments will be based on gender and the lodging type selected during registration.
  • Participants wishing to share a room with family members or friends must register for programs with the same check-in and checkout dates, select the same lodging type, and meet the required occupancy for that lodging type (2 guests for Shared Hotel Rooms, 3 for Triple-Share Retreat Rooms, and 4 for Quad-Share Retreat Rooms). Once everyone in the group has registered, please complete the Roommate & Family Housing Request Form. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but room assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Children under 5 who share a bed with their parents may stay at no additional lodging charge.

Self-Arranged Accommodation

Participants may choose to arrange their own accommodations off-campus. Housing is not included in the course fee for those selecting the Self-Arranged Accommodation option.

For nearby hotels, cabins, and other lodging options, visit the Explore Boone website.

Meals

Meals are included in your package, beginning with dinner the day of your arrival through lunch on the day of your departure. The Center serves a delicious range of healthy, vegetarian cuisine.

  • Sit-down dining will be available at the Center.
  • You may bring food from outside. We are a no-meat, no-alcohol facility; meat and alcohol are not permitted.
  • We will have one or more dishes available daily to support participants with gluten, dairy, soy, or nut allergies.
